Please be aware that the license agreement may be updated periodically, and such updates may occur without prior notification. We strongly recommend that you review the specific requirements associated with each license type to ensure full compliance. Upon acquiring a license, you will have access to both the latest and previous versions of the product, which will be made available for your reference.

• Individual users must register using a professional email address linked to their identity
• Companies must register using a professional email address that matches their official domain (e.g., name@company.com) and links to their verified website
• If a company has an official domain but fails to use it for registration, any font usage activity associated with the account will not be protected under our Terms of Service.
• Accounts created using random or anonymous email addresses (e.g., 0987677yuy@mai.com) may be canceled without prior notice due to security concerns. In such cases, any associated font usage activity will not be covered under our Terms of Service
• Users and companies cannot re-register for the same or previous plans once they expire or are canceled. If your needs exceed the current plan's limits, please contact us for assistance in upgrading to a suitable plan

If the licensing terms change, such changes will only apply to new purchasers. The terms of your current license will remain in effect for the duration specified in your agreement. However, any provisions related to applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or other legal requirements may be updated and will apply to all purchasers, in order to protect the integrity of our products. Any such updates will be clearly communicated, including the effective date of the changes

As the brand owner, we reserve the right to remove, delete, or request the removal of any user found in violation of the terms specified in our licensing agreement. Such actions are taken to uphold the integrity of the licensing terms and ensure compliance. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the license. This policy is implemented to emphasize the importance of adhering to the agreed-upon terms and maintaining the standards set forth in our licensing agreement.

Any modification or alteration, including minor changes, to the font does not grant you ownership of the copyright. The license granted is for usage only, and any modifications must be explicitly communicated to and approved by the copyright holder. Please note that the permission to use the font does not transfer ownership of the copyright

You may not use the fonts in any type of logo or trademark. Such usage requires a separate, custom license. Additionally, as specified in our subscription terms, uses such as for broadcast or similar applications also require a custom license

• Transferring or sublicensing the Font Software to any third party
• Reselling the original files or assets in any formn
• Claiming ownership or authorship of the original assets
• Create, upload, or distribute vectorized designs, including but not limited to alphabets, symbols, or any combinations thereof, for sale on microstock platforms such as Freepik, Pixabay, Shutterstock, or similar services without explicit written permission

No, using fonts obtained from third-party sites or unofficial channels is considered unauthorized usage. These downloads are not covered by any of our licensing agreements, and as such, you cannot legally use them in any of your personal, academic, or commercial projects. We strongly advise against using these fonts, as they may also be outdated or have compatibility issues that could affect your work.

• While you are free to build upon the images, please do not use them in a way that misrepresents, exploits, or disrespects the original product’s intent or the integrity of the design. 
• You are explicitly permitted to embed the Assets within digital products or services hosted on secure servers or platforms that require authentication or other reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized downloading or redistribution of the original Assets.
• You are specifically authorized to add your own logo, watermark, or other branding elements to the images to personalize and align the visuals of your derivative works.

Not allowed

• Do not upload the background or image on stock marketplaces (e.g., Envato, Creative Market, Canva) as a downloadable asset.
• Do not package the image or background as part of a template where it can be extracted and reused separately by others.
• Do not create products whose main value is the background/image itself, such as wallpaper packs, background libraries, or downloadable asset bundles.
• Do not sell or give away the raw image or background files by themselves, even if slightly modified (e.g., recolored, cropped).
